Mike Schefstad

CFO

Mike Schefstad was appointed to be 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø’s CFO and Treasurer in 2004. He entered the title industry in 1989 while attending college and proceeded to spend 15 years at a regional underwriter.

Michael oversees the financial reporting, investments, the agency audit program, as well as state regulatory matters. Michael has served on the audit and accounting committees for the American Land Title Association.

Scott Chandler

COO

Scott Chandler has been at 51³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø for over 16 years. As COO he is responsible for operations nationwide and organizational growth of the company.

Scott has been a member of ALTA for 20+ years and received his NTP (National Title Professional) designation in 2015.

He now sits on the ALTA Board of Governors.
